PAYMENT

• Full payment is required when booking in group classes.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit will be collected for 1 on 1 classes and all consults. Note that you need to confirm a date and time with Kirsten prior to making a deposit payment. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please send us an email at kirsten.king1@hotmail.com to cancel.

• Group Classes - Cancellations made 48hrs prior the appointment date are eligible for a 100% refund.
• 1 on 1 class & Consults - Cancellations made 48hrs prior the appointment date are non-refundable but rebookable at a later date. A new appointment should be made on the day of the cancellation as well. 

Cancellations within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.

Note: No-show clients will be flagged and can no longer access our services.
